Dental treatments involve professional services and clinical procedures. Once a treatment has started or completed, fees paid for the service are generally non-refundable.
However, the clinic will review concerns on a case-by-case basis and provide appropriate assistance when possible.
Advance Payments
In cases where advance payment is required for specific procedures or bookings, cancellation policies will be explained at the time of booking.
Emergency Situations
In genuine medical emergencies or unavoidable situations, the clinic may consider rescheduling appointments at its discretion.
